TERMS & CONDITIONS – MONTE CLINIC

A non-refundable deposit of £50 (when you book a treatment or consultation – which is refundable when you respect the time and date established with your aesthetician, or transferable to your next treatment) must be paid when booking appointments online.

All deposits are non-refundable in the case of last-minute cancellations. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled treatment.

Deposits will be deducted from the treatment cost on the day.

CONSULTATION & MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Consultation forms are mandatory and must be completed during your consultation prior to treatment. This is for insurance and safety purposes.

Certain medical conditions and pregnancy may be contraindications for some treatments.

If you have an existing medical condition, please contact the clinic directly before booking online to ensure that your treatment can go ahead. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION & COMMUNICATION

All information regarding the address and contact details of Monte Clinic will be included in your email confirmation and text reminder. Please allow sufficient travel time to arrive promptly for your appointment.

The text reminder is automated — please do not reply to it as messages will bounce back. To contact us, please DM us on Instagram or email us. We are unable to take calls during treatment hours, but you may leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.

If possible, we would like to include our address, email, and Instagram handle in the Acuity text reminder system.
PHOTOGRAPH CONSENT

In line with medico-legal requirements, we store clinical photographs of patients for record-keeping. We reserve the right to cancel treatment if you refuse photographs.
CHILDREN & PET POLICY

Children are welcome, but must be supervised by a childminder at all times. Monte Clinic does not accept responsibility for children on the premises.

Pets are not permitted, as we do not have the facilities to accommodate them.
FOLLOW-UP POLICY

All patients are advised to have aesthetic reviews after 4 weeks to allow time for side effects to subside and treatment effects to develop.

We do not offer refunds on any retail products purchased.

If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, we request that you attend a review appointment to discuss concerns with your practitioner.
PATCH TEST POLICY

Treatments requiring a patch test include: Peelings, Laser Hair Removal, and Skin Laser.

A patch test must be completed at Monte Clinic at least 72 hours before your treatment. Please arrange this at the time of booking.

If you have not had a treatment in the last six months, you will need a repeat patch test.

Failure to complete a patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled and a 100% cancellation fee applied.
-
Pregnant/lactating women cannot undergo treatments requiring patch testing.
RESCHEDULING POLICY

To reschedule, you must do so online at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

You may reschedule only once, and it must be within the same month as your original appointment.

Clients are limited to 2 reschedules. Any rescheduling beyond this will require a new booking and deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients on treatment packages must provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in a lost session or a £50 late cancellation fee.

All treatment packages (Laser or Skin) are non-refundable.

Refunds are only available for medical reasons (proof required).

If any sessions have been used, refunds will be based on the individual session price, not the discounted package rate. Alternatively, credit can be used toward other treatments.

Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged the full treatment fee.
LATENESS POLICY

Monte Clinic is not responsible for lateness. Please plan your travel well in advance.

Check your route (train or driving) 48 hours before and again on the day of your appointment.
-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, Monte Clinic reserves the right to cancel the appointment, and it will still be charged in full.
ATTENDANCE POLICY

Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.

Male clients must be chaperoned by a female.

Cash and card payments are accepted.
-
Failure to attend without notice will result in being barred from future bookings until all outstanding fees are paid.
REFUND POLICY

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required for all online bookings and is deducted on the treatment day.

All packages are non-refundable.

Refunds are granted for medical reasons only, with valid documentation.
-
Used sessions are refunded at individual list price (not discounted rate), or credit may be used toward other treatments.

If you arrive without payment or breach any policy, your deposit is forfeited, and a new booking must be made.
-
No-shows without notice will result in a permanent ban until dues are cleared.
AGREEMENT

By booking, you agree to comply with Monte Clinic’s Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that any breach may result in fees or permanent booking restrictions.
