After your peel treatment at Monte Clinic, follow these steps for optimal results: 1. Keep your skin dry for 24 hours to allow product penetration. 2. Avoid touching your skin to prevent bacteria entry. 3. Refrain from pulling or picking peeling skin. 4. Use only water or enzyme cleansing gel for 7-10 days after 24 hours. 5. Stick to the recommended cleanser and SPF, avoiding other products. 6. Avoid excessive moisturizing for 24-48 hours to support peeling. 7. Spray a gentle toner for relief. 8. Stay out of the sun for 2-3 weeks and apply oil-free SPF30 outdoors. 9. Use no products except jelly masks until peeling stops (around 7 days). 10. Wait 10 days before using products with acids or alcohol. 11. Avoid sweating for a few days to prevent blackhead breakouts. 12. Resume sports activities only after complete exfoliation.
